South Carolina External Cause of Injury Codes

In the 2000 Nationwide Inpatient Sample, 6,248 discharges from South Carolina are missing external cause of injury codes (E Codes). No other NIS records are affected.

An ASCII file containing the missing information is available. The separate E Code file includes information only for those South Carolina discharges missing E Codes.
