1. Issues with outdated content or formatting errors |
Most web browsers cache the content of pages you visit, and sometimes that cache can interfere with the delivery of up-to-date information and cause page formatting errors. If a page does not load with updated information or does not display properly in your web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.), please clear the cache in your browser. Instructions for clearing your cache will be specific to your browser, version, and device. |
2. Issues viewing HCUP-US in Internet Explorer (IE) |
If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser for viewing HCUP-US, Compatibility View settings may cause distorted page headers, navigation menus, images, and text placement. Compatibility View should be disabled for optimal viewing. Compatibility View settings are controlled within the Tools menu. The Tools menu is accessed from the IE menu bar, or from the gear icon in the upper right corner of the browser.

3. Printing long documents or tables |
When viewing a long document or table of information, most browsers will allow you to select and print the section in which you're interested, instead of printing all pages.
After selecting the desired portion of the document, launch the Print dialog and, instead of choosing a range of pages to print, locate and choose an option labeled "Selection" or a similar term. NOTE: Layout and user prompts will differ between browsers and may change over time, but "P" is the print command in most browsers (Ctrl+P in Windows™-based browsers; ⌘+P in Mac/Apple-based browsers). In the Print dialog for many browsers, the option to print only the current selection is visible by default, usually associated with options to print certain pages or range of pages. In other browsers, you may need to explore additional settings to locate the option for printing only the current selection. For example,
